Charlotte Lubert —
Director + Writer.
My House is the first of Charlotte’s plays to be performed and her directorial debut. This is not her first time at Edinburgh Fringe where she performed in Equus with a group from her home town Preston, Lancashire, over thirty years ago, notably as a horse! She is excited to be going back to direct and perform albeit virtually this year. She is delighted to share this combination of theatre and film and showcase the work of this amazing team. Charlotte currently spends most of her time in LA where she is an executive producer and creator of documentaries.
Milena warns —
Producer.
Milena is a project & event manager with thirteen years experience in non-profit fundraising, and who loves helping others and animals. While studying at Texas A&M University, she founded a service leadership organization for women, which is still in existance today. A passionate traveler and scuba diver, she has visited over 50 countries and hopes to visit every country in the world in her lifetime. More than anything, she believes in making a difference in other people’s lives and leaving the world a better place then when you enter it.
Dena Hysell-Cornejo —
Creative Consultant.
Dena is an award winning writer and director who makes films and television that invite discussion and motivate people to action. She has served on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profits, and believes that art should entertain and inspire at the same time.
Emma Selinski —
Assistant Director.
Emma Selinski is an award-winning, independent, genre filmmaker originally from Adelaide, Australia. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in radio, theatre, television, and film.
Emma founded Sunflower Sings Films in 2008. Her first two films, 'Sunflower Sings'(2016) and 'Virtually Happy' (2020) were officially selected and won multiple awards at over 20 international film festivals.
She’s also an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Director. Being on a film set is her bliss, and the role of an Assistant Director allows her to flex her considerable communication, organizational and interpersonal muscles. She prides herself on running a happy, creative, and efficient set, allowing everyone to work at their very best in service of the story.
Emma is looking to forge a career as a director of film & television. She is particularly passionate about telling speculative fiction stories with a magical twist.
Lisa Leone —
Associate Producer & Casting Director.
After graduating with her BA from DeSales University, Lisa hit the ground running in her work both in front of and behind the camera. Starting by gaining experience as a Set Production Assistant, Lisa climbed the ladder on various projects before landing as an Associate Producer on "My House," where she also served as Casting Director. Her favorite part? Being on the project from conception to post-production alongside the remarkable creative team, cast and crew, who Lisa hopes to work with again in the future.
Quaid Cbe Baca—
Director of Photography.
Born and raised in Southern California, Quaid Cde Baca, has been working for 9 years as a union, and S.O.C. steadicam operator, and recent DP for this production. Commercial work technical accuracy and story driven thematics have been the driving force of his career’s traits and style.
