Meet the Cast

  • John Cannizaro -- Charlie Chaplin

    Johnny Cannizzaro is an Italian-American actor and writer from Brooklyn, New York. He made his feature film debut in Clint Eastwood's JERSEY BOYS based on the Tony Award-winning musical. Johnny made his network television debut in the series premiere of Frank Darabont's 1940's Gangster drama 'MOB CITY'’ More recently, he starred in and produced the independent film THE OBITUARY opposite Anthony Geary of General Hospital. (Available on Amazon) Johnny also guests starred in the series premiere of USA Network's hit drama 'COLONY' starring "LOST"s Josh Holloway. In 2021, you can catch Johnny in the romantic comedy THE BEST PEOPLE. In addition to acting, Johnny is developing a television series with fellow song-and-dance man Ben Vereen. In 2019, Johnny’s play, IN A GOOD WAY, was chosen to be part of the ABC Talent showcase in New York and Los Angeles. He was also awarded a screenwriting fellowship with Taliesin Nexus for his short film, LEFT AT THE ALTAR. He is currently working on a 1940’s noir mystery called TINSELTOWN and a broad comedy about a narcissistic sociopath named JACK STEVENSON, A DECENT MAN(@JackStevensonADecentMan on Insta). Johnny has trained extensively and currently studies under renowned acting coach John Kirby. Johnny is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity Association and really likes dogs.

  • Erica Everett -- Lita Grey

    Erica Everett is a film and stage actress from Philadelphia, currently living in LA. She’s thrilled to be performing this play about great artists, among great artists! Guildhall School of Music and Drama ‘19.

  • Marilyn Foley -- Carole Lombard

    Marilyn Foley is a freelance actress originally from Alexandria, Virginia. She moved to Los Angeles, CA, in 2010 to explore her passion for the arts. When asked to participate in “My House,” Marilyn jumped at the chance to embody old Hollywood! When she’s not acting, you can find her exploring slow fashion and sustainability for her eco-friendly clothing brand, HSD LA, launching August 2021.

  • Daniel Van Thomas -- William Powell

    Raised in Kentucky, Daniel is a freelance actor, voiceover performer, writer, and full-time creative of 15 years. Notable recent work includes Berserk (winner, Best Actor, Independent Horror Awards 2020), Where the Others Are, and Murder Ballad. His voice appears in Wasteland 3, Tower of Secrets, and throughout the Ultraman series. He's studied under Yale instructor Gregory Berger-Sobeck, Adrian LaTourelle, Desean Terry, and more.

  • Maxfield Lund -- Leslie Bricusse

    Maxfield Lund is an American actor originally from Detroit Michigan who has been working in television and film in Los Angeles for nearly a decade. He can most recently be seen in the 2020 Sundance Film Festival feature Dinner in America. Other theater credits include Marty Pascal in The House of Yes, John Proctor in The Crucible, and Kippy Sunderstrom in Take Me Out. When Maxfield is not acting he enjoys running and playing the guitar. But not at the same time.

  • Gabrielle Archambault -- Yvonne Romain

    Gabrielle Archambault started her performance journey doing musical theater in New Hampshire and got a B.A. in Theater and Dance from the University of New Hampshire. A true lover of period dramas, she spent a summer studying Shakespeare at Guildhall in London before moving to Los Angeles. Before COVID, she performed on Warner Brother’s Polar Express show in Fillmore, CA. She recently shot a feature, No Tears in Hell, with Michael Caissie down in Alabama, which will be premiering next year. Also, an avid lover of cats, you may see her around feeding stray kitties.   • Kate Enggren -- Patricia Barry

    Kate Enggren is an American actress originally from Durango Colorado. She has been in several films most notably Meet the Blacks and Banking on Love, and television shows, such as Criminal Minds and Days of Our Lives, and has been seen in many commercials. She is slated to play the lead in This Perfect Day filming later this year.

  • Lisa Leone -- Pearl

    Born and raised in South Philly, Lisa Marie Leone is an American actor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. She received her BA from DeSales University and continued her performance training with a renowned acting instructor, Lesly Kahn. Although the last few years of her work have been focused on television, she was thrilled to return to her theatrical roots originating the role of Pearl in "My House," in which she also served as Associate Producer. Lisa is also an activist, whose work alongside organizations such as FFLV ("Food For Life Vrindavan'') and "The Period Project" has taken her across the globe to places like Vrindavan, India. Most notably, Lisa is the founder of her own non-profit, Volunteer Together, which aims to get local people involved in their communities through charitable action. Lisa is repped at BBA.

  • Ofelia Hernandez -- Ofelia

    This is Ofelia's debut theatrical performance and her first time at Edinburgh Fringe. Originally from El Salvador, she now calls Los Angeles home. She is a huge advocate for her countrymen and holds annual fundraisers through her nonprofit, Charlie #1, to send essential items to those in need. Ofelia is a beloved and long-standing member of our team, a regular winner of prizes on the radio, and a huge lover of animals. I’m sure she would love to dedicate her performance to her late husband Carlos, and her recently departed dog Tiger.

  • Charlotte Lubert

    My House is the first of Charlotte’s plays to be performed and her directorial debut. This is not her first time at Edinburgh Fringe where she performed in Equus with a group from her home town Preston, Lancashire, over thirty years ago, notably as a horse! She is excited to be going back to direct and perform albeit virtually this year. She is delighted to share this combination of theatre and film and showcase the work of this amazing team. Charlotte currently spends most of her time in LA where she is an executive producer and creator of documentaries.
